1. Parties
SELLER: BYGNG Seyahat Acentesi Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Sunbliss Tourism, TÜRSAB 16968), Alanya, Antalya, Türkiye — [email protected].
BUYER: the person whose name, email and contact details are given when the booking is made.
2. Subject
This agreement covers the sale of the service the BUYER ordered electronically through pickrota.com, with the characteristics and price stated on the product page and in the order summary.
The Pre-Information Form is an integral part of this agreement. The BUYER confirms having read and accepted both documents before placing the order.
3. Formation
The agreement is formed when the BUYER accepts the Pre-Information Form and this agreement at checkout and the payment is approved. That acceptance is recorded together with the version, date and time of the documents accepted.
For products sold on request, the agreement becomes final when the supplier accepts the booking. If it is not accepted, the amount taken is refunded.
4. Obligations
The SELLER must provide the service as described on the product page, on the stated date and at the stated time.
- The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the details given when booking; the risk of a voucher not arriving because of an incorrect contact detail rests with the BUYER.
- The BUYER must be present at the stated departure point and time. If they are not, the service is treated as performed and no refund is due.
- Where the nature of the service imposes age, health, weight or similar restrictions, these are stated on the product page and it is the BUYER’s responsibility to meet them.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms are set per product and shown on the product page. The terms in force when the booking is created are recorded onto that booking; later changes do not affect an existing booking.
If the SELLER cannot perform the service, the BUYER is informed and the full amount taken is refunded.
Where force majeure (adverse weather, port or road closure, official prohibitions and the like) makes the service unsafe to provide, the SELLER will offer either a new date or a refund.
6. Personal Data
The BUYER’s personal data is processed to perform this agreement, as described in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK disclosure.
7. Disputes
Disputes arising from this agreement fall to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the BUYER’s place of residence within the monetary thresholds published by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts above those thresholds.
This agreement is governed by Turkish law. The Turkish text prevails; translations into other languages are provided for convenience.
