Every sale made through this website is made by the travel agency identified above. PickRota is not a marketplace; it is that agency’s sales channel.

2. Nature of the Service

You are buying the tour, activity, transfer or accommodation service described on its product page, together with its duration, departure point, and what is and is not included.

The service is to be performed on a specified date or during a specified period. That matters for the withdrawal-right exception described below.

3. Price and Payment

The total shown on the product page and at checkout is the final amount payable, taxes included. Any pickup or service fee and any discount appear as separate lines in the order summary.

Amounts displayed in another currency are for guidance only. You are charged in the currency stated in the order summary.

Payments are processed by PayTR, a licensed payment institution. We do not store your card details.

4. Performance

Once payment is approved your booking is created and a voucher is emailed to you. The voucher is the document to present when the service is performed.

Some products are sold on request. For those, your booking is not confirmed until the supplier accepts it; if it is not accepted, the amount taken is refunded.

5. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

Each product has its own cancellation terms. They are shown on the product page and at checkout, and the terms in force when your booking is created are recorded onto that booking — so they remain the terms that apply to you even if they change later.

Withdrawal-right exception: under Article 15/1(g) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to contracts for accommodation, carriage of goods, car rental, catering, or leisure services that are to be supplied on a specified date or period. Every service sold on this site falls within that exception. The product’s own cancellation terms apply instead.

You can request a cancellation from your account or by writing to [email protected]. Any refund is calculated from the cancellation terms recorded on your booking and returned to the payment method you used.

6. Complaints

Write to [email protected] with any request or complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may apply to the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the applicable monetary thresholds.

Complaints about travel agency activities may also be raised with TÜRSAB, quoting our licence number 16968.
